Accredited Investors

What is an accredited investor and what is the role?  To be an accredited investor, you must have:
  • earned income that exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the  same for the current year,
OR
  • net worth over $1 million, either alone or together with a spouse (excluding the value of the person’s primary residence).
Accredited investors are those individuals who can provide funding to our borrowers. Nova Money Lenders also acts as agents that connect the real estate investor in need of funds with the right accredited investor depending on risk tolerance and the required rate of return. Real estate secures the loan.
Accredited Investors may provide the funding for your loan.
You may ask, I am an accredited investor by your definition? Can I take part in this program?
